1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (the provider) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by e-mail).
The provider’s contact information is listed in the app’s legal notice.

You may also use the functions provided by the Google Play Store to withdraw, if such options are available.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you.
The refund will be made exclusively via the Google Play Store according to its refund policies.

We may withhold the refund until Google Play has confirmed to us that you have received the reimbursement (if applicable).

3. Special Instructions for Digital Content

For digital content (e.g., app features, unlocks) that is not supplied on a physical medium, the following applies:

Your right of withdrawal expires early if:

  • You have explicitly agreed that we begin executing the contract before the withdrawal period ends, and
  • You acknowledged that by doing so, you lose your right of withdrawal.

This occurs during purchase via the Google Play Store when you confirm the immediate provision of the content.

4. Special Instructions for Subscriptions (Monthly & Annual)

If you subscribe to a monthly or annual subscription, the following applies:

  • The subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • The right of withdrawal applies only to the initial contract.
  • For already started or renewed subscription periods, there is no right of withdrawal.

Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Manage subscriptions
